Developers who’ve been telling their clients “XYZ font is nice but it won’t work because its not commonly available in users’ pc” can now take back their claim as FireFox 3.5 delivers you the option to import ANY font from the web IF its not available locally!
According to the release notes:
@font-face allows authors to specify online fonts to display text on their webpages. By allowing authors to provide their own fonts, @font-face eliminates the need to depend on the limited number of fonts users have installed on their computers.
